What is a short sale?
Basically, a short sale is when an owner owes more than the home is worth. Normally, the owner has missed a payment (or few) and is now facing the fact foreclosure might be around the corner.
Together, we will work through the process and negotiate the short sale with the bank. The bank agrees to a short sale and sends the owner the list of documents needed.
