About Me
I am a native of the Hampton Roads area. Born in Portsmouth, my family moved to Virginia Beach when I was 6. I lived in Virginia Beach until I moved to Chesapeake in 2004. I love Hampton Roads and the energy of the area.
Starting out in the real estate industry working for the Multiple Listing Service in 2000, I was the Training Coordinator for 3 years. In that time, I trained 1000's of local agents and Realtors on marketing, listing presentations, using their MLS software, and using the contracts. In 2003, I took a position with the largest MLS in the nation, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS). I was a training executive and trained over 100,000 agents in seminar style and classroom enviornments. Again, training them on their MLS software and marketing.
In 2004, I decided with the knowledge I have it was time to become an agent instead of being behind the scenes support. My knowledge of marketing and technology has help me succeed in this competitive industry.
It isn't a 'niche'. I truly care about my clients. It's not about getting to the closing table and getting a check. It's about the process, making it go smoothly and keeping communication open the entire time. I want my clients to have a great experience.
