Documents to bring to the consulation:

- HUD-1 statement of your home when you purchased it  (settlement statement)
- Mortgage information  
        * customer service or loss mitigation number
        * loan number(s)
        * up to date payoff information on loan(s)
- Information on anyone you have spoken to at the bank.


Please allow at least 2 hours for our intial consultation.  It is important to me we take the time to go over the process.  I want to make sure I answer all your questions and you do not feel rushed in asking them.  I would rather take two hours to make sure we are all on the same page than take a listing and rush you out the door with a ton of questions.
